I think my biggest request for cookies are for birthdays. This category was probably the first ones I have ever sold (well mostly gifted! But, hey it’s good practice).
The cookies on the left were for a Tangled themed party. At that point I never saw the movie, now it is on repeat in my house. I wanted the tiara to pop a little, so I added a some white luster dust to make the jewels dazzle.
The airplane cookies on the right, were a favorite because of the bold blue and red colors. I liked the bubble effect I used for the windows.

I made these very early on for an adorable little girl, with a Hello Kitty obsession! I hope they were enjoyed.
The photo of the sailboat cake was the original inspiration for the cookies, which my friend sent me. I always need to draw out the designs before I can decorate the cookies. It’s a great guide and will show proportions. Below is the final product.

The Star Wars themed cookies were probably the quickest turnaround I ever did. Received the order and got the cookies out within 24 hours. Pretty impressive with 2 toddlers destroying my house and my husband being away for work. Go me! The client needed cake toppers for a birthday cake she was making. She originally wanted fondant, but one of my friends referred me and I offered to try with sugar cookies. After the cookies were cut, I carefully placed in the lollipop sticks and toothpicks. For the logo, I drew it out by hand on card stock paper, which I then used as a stencil on the dough and a pizza cutter to cut out. I started to geek out and threw in a Darth Vader cookie. I finished all of the yellow with a white luster dust to give them some shimmer, since I didn’t have gold on hand.
